Our sports nutrition workshops are geared toward athletes of all calibers. From those who want to improve their performance to those who feel like they’re doing everything right but not getting the results they’re looking for.
In this 1.5 hour workshop, Tara Antle, BSc.AHN, RHN, RNCP, will provide information on:
- Proper nutrition basics
- Important vitamins & minerals needed for athletes
- What to eat before and after competitions or workouts
- How certain foods will help increase energy levels and set you apart from other athletes.
- How proper nutrition will help in building and increasing muscle mass, strength and endurance.
