We’re excited to announce that we are offering a new 10 week nutrition program that will focus on bridging the gap between knowing and doing. Learn how to build meals, get creative in the kitchen, understand the impact nutrition has on our health and make changes that will last a lifetime!
This 10 week program will include the following topics:
- Nutrition education.
- How to stop dieting and start nourishing.
- Learning more about dealing with chronic conditions through nutrition.
- Improving overall nutrition.
- Understanding food labels.
- Healthy recipes and weekly takeaways.
- Gaining resources, knowledge and inner strength.
- Q&A sessions.
We also ask everyone to bring along their favourite recipe. Tara will sit down one on one to show you how to swap out some ingredients to ensure you’re still eating the foods you enjoy and not skimping on flavour! We will collect the recipes and send out a mini-recipe book of all your favourite recipes following the workshop! Upon registration Tara will reach out about payment details.
