Living in a world where stress is often noted as a badge of honor, and so common that many of us don’t question it and may even accept is as a natural state of being. However, constant stress is in no way a natural state of being for the human body. In fact our bodies can only sustain a high degree of stress for so long. I work with clients to help them identify symptoms of stress that can manifest physically, mentally or emotionally. Often we are not taught how to manage stress in our lives. It can be a learned skill – to head off unnecessary stress and manage the necessary with resilience.
