Owner of Meridian Health & Wellness
Pam is the owner of Meridian Health & Wellness and joined the Healthy Balance Holistic Health Group in 2019! She will be offering 1 on 1 sessions for all ages, for yoga, meditation, personal fitness, natural health solutions, stress management, and more!
She focuses on the intrinsic connections between our minds, bodies, and souls. Through traditional and contemporary practices, she works to bring them into harmony and, all the while, help us better connect to the world around us.
From corporate wellness training, to fitness training, to multiple styles of yoga, Pam has something for everyone.
“At the beginning of my health and wellness journey, I too tried a number of gyms, programs, and classes in order to discover something that worked for me. I learned that for me, there was not one strict method that worked. I like variety and I love learning new ways of doing things. Every coach, class, or program I have encountered has taught me something different. Ultimately, it’s what has pushed me both towards wanting to help people, and to invest in myself and my work through continued education.
