HB Stir Fry


30 minutes


  • 2 T canola oil
  • 2 t garlic, minced
  • 6 c thinly-sliced vegetables, such as
    • bell peppers
    • broccoli
    • carrots
    • green beans
    • onions
    • sprouts
    • water chestnuts
    • zucchini
  • 2 T Light Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1 c firm plain nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)


Heat oil over high heat, tilt the wok so that the lower parts of the sides are oiled, add the garlic, and sauté, stirring constantly, until lightly golden-brown, about 1 minute.

Add the vegetables. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until everything is tender, 5-8 minutes.  Add salad dressing and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add nuts and cook another 2 minutes.
