Born in Dublin, Ireland, Deirdre was raised in east coast Newfoundland and received her education locally at the General Hospital School of Nursing. Her career has included extended commitments in both Obstetrics in Halifax & Community Health in the Canadian Arctic, where she had the privilege to serve Nunavummiut & experience the beauty of both the land & its people.
Her background has always had a focus in women’s health, with a strong interest in health promotion & that passion continued when she relocated to St. John’s & started Concierge Wellness, a Vitamin Infusion service promoting health maintenance, in 2018.
Working with local physicians & Naturopaths, Deirdre provides water soluble vitamins to those struggling with chronic disease, viral challenges, dietary deficiency or anyone desiring a Vitamin boost for health maintenance. Advanced intravenous initiation skills obtained over 40 years of practice, are instrumental to the comfort of her clients.
Primarily a concierge service, affiliation with Healthy Balance facilitates out of town clients, or those who prefer a clinic setting, offering a welcoming, accessible, & comfortable locale to receive treatment.
